As soon as you step foot on the Regal 38 XO you will be impressed with the accessibility this boat offers. Starting with its massive swim platform which makes boarding from lower-level docks a breeze to being close to the water for swimming or just soaking your feet. The 38 XO amplifies boarding with multiple wide ledges to step on both ports and starboard including a flip-up bolster and a removable seat on the starboard side for higher-level docks.

With the triple outboards, you have a massive bilge storage area to fit all your water toys, bicycles, and easy access to your generator, seacocks, and any serviceable items. There is a large transom locker to fit multiple fenders, lines, or cleaning supplies, along with smaller locker starboard where you will find the control for the electric shore 50-amp cord reel, and the additional Reverso Automatic Fresh Water Flush system and inlet for your Triple Yamahas.

Stepping up from the swim platform you will find easy nonskid steps with a transparent glass locking transom door. Once you step foot on the seagrass mat, your feet immediately hit a comfort level ready to enjoy the 38 XO’s massive cockpit which is one level that seamlessly integrates with the salon. You can open the three-panel sliding doors, lower the window to the interior galley for a beautiful indoor-outdoor entertaining space. Open the large electric Sunroof to really get a great outdoor experience throughout.

The cockpit of this thirty-eight offers an electric grill, refrigerator, and trash receptacle. There is a removable Teak Table that can be stored under the starboard seat which is a finished storage compartment and drainage for easy cleaning.

The Salon & Galley

The salon offers two large seating areas with massive storage below, portside is an L-shaped seating around a salon table with access to view the drop-down TV starboard side.

The galley offers a large counter space all same level as the outdoor countertop. There is an ample size refrigerator, freezer, two-burner cooktops, microwave above with storage, sink, pull-out trash receptacle, and additional storage below the sink.

Helm Features

Moving to the helm you will find a glass cockpit display featuring dual Garmin 8616s, Garmin VHF, integrated Garmin Auto Pilot, Bennett LED indicating Trim Tabs, all incorporated in Regal’s Premium Hand wrapped vinyl dash. The digital Yamaha Binnacle Control is well placed along with a Bow Thruster, and Optimus Joystick Control. Sit back in the Double Wide Helm Seat with Flip-up bolster and still have complete control of your vessel plus easily control your electronics with the Garmin GRID input device.

Accommodations

Moving down the solid wood steps with storage underneath you will find on the starboard side the main panel and your Seakeeper 3 monitor which can also be viewed on the dual Garmin’s at the helm.

As soon as you step down into the living quarters there is a nice open area. To starboard is a well-appointed and spacious head, with a vessel sink, solid surface counter, and electric toilet. A unique feature of the thirty-eight is the shower is on the port side to allow more space and for more than one person to get ready easily. The shower is equipped with a teak floor and bench seat with a spa-like feel.

The Forward Stateroom has a Hidden Pocket Privacy Door, a Standard Olympic Queen Bed with Innerspring Mattress, a TV, and large closet, and massive under-bed storage. The Aft Stateroom has a King Size bed with an upholstered headboard, TV, multiple storage compartments, and huge port and starboard windows which make the aft stateroom bright and welcoming.

Bow Deck Features

Access to the bow is convenient on either side, with a one-level nonskid, a stainless-steel bow rail runs along both sides and a stainless-steel grab rail shoulder height is easy to grab and runs alongside the entire hardtop length.

The bow offers a large sun lounge with bow chaise loungers and multiple reclining positions. The foredeck is one level, offers storage for fenders, freshwater washdown, and easy access to operate your electric Windlass
