Broker's Comments
The Good – Super Low Hours and Great Options. Only 10 hours on Full Engine Service (Oil, Filter, Fuel Filter, Plugs and Impeller – 2021). New Bottom Paint 2021. New Sunbrella Canvas on Bimini Tops.
The not so Good – The upholstery in some areas (most is in good shape) is beginning to split at some of the seams in the backrests. Easy enough to repair or replace. The paint on the engine mounting bracket is beginning to bubble, again, easy to mitigate and touch up. A few scrapes and scuffs, typical of a 7-year-old boat.
Low hour nice condition pontoon boats are hard to find. It won’t last long!
