Overview

If you aspire to travel outside of the normal confines of the Caribbean or Mediterranean to remote locations across rough oceans, then OCEAN’S SEVEN is perfect for you. Or if you want to visit well-travelled destinations but want a safer, more robust yacht in which to explore, then OCEAN’S SEVEN will be equally at home. This 138’ expedition yacht is designed to travel remotely and extensively yet has a modern styling inside and out in keeping with any of the more prestigious ports around the world.

The 42m OCEAN’S SEVEN was launched in mid-2012 by Kingship Marine Limited. Her traditional exterior and elegant modern interior styling are the work of the renowned Dutch firm Vripack Naval Architects, who were also responsible for her engineering. She is the fifth yacht project completed by Kingship in collaboration with Vripack International.

Built of steel with aluminum superstructure to Lloyds classification and MCA LY3, OCEAN’S SEVEN features many design and equipment elements found on larger yachts. She was constructed for ultimate seaworthiness, safety, and luxury on long distance ocean passages.

Her 5 stateroom arrangement with master stateroom on the main deck and tri-deck configuration offers very comfortable interior/exterior living and entertainment areas, while also providing very functional operational spaces.

Her hull lines contribute to fuel efficiency along with CAT C32 power which at cruising speed give her a capability of 4500 nm. The high flared bow and full curved round bilge, with Zero Speed Quantum stabilization ensure the safest and most comfortable cruising in adverse weather.

OCEAN’S SEVEN is a truly exceptional 42m motoryacht, built to the highest standards and designed & equipped for the ultimate cruising experiences. She has proven exploration credentials having cruised extensively throughout Europe to Antarctica to the South Pacific and beyond on her own bottom.

OCEAN’S SEVEN is the best offshore cruising yacht available on the market with a very accessible size and price for any adventurous, yet uncompromising, owner.

Accommodations

The layout of "OCEAN’S SEVEN" was designed for the most comfort and efficiency for long distance cruising and features a 5 stateroom accommodation plan.

On the main deck, the main saloon and dining saloon connect to the professional galley with a large, walk-in refrigerator, allowing copious cold storage for extended passages. Forward is the Owner's office which separates the master suite from the public areas, offering complete privacy.

On the lower deck there are 4 guest staterooms uniquely designed all with ensuite baths – 2 x VIP staterooms and 2 x twin guest staterooms each with extra Pullman berth. "OCEAN’S SEVEN" thus accommodates a total of 12 owners/guests.

"OCEAN’S SEVEN" is designed for luxury without sacrificing comfort. The skylounge on the bridge deck has butterfly doors which open full beam onto the large aft deck with dining table for 12 and seating aft, creating one large open space when needed.

Stairs lead up to the sun deck which features a full-size Jacuzzi, sun pads, open bar, grill and lounge area - these areas are perfect for entertaining and socializing.

The crew accommodations are arranged to be most efficient to their workstations. The Captain's cabin is located on the bridge deck adjacent to the wheelhouse, while the Engineer's cabin is next to the engine room.

The main Crew's quarters are located forward on the lower deck with a large lounge, galley, and 3 crew cabins. This Crew area has its own entrance and stairs which ensure privacy for the owners and guests. The Captain’s cabin on the bridge deck and engineer aft combine for a total of 5 crew cabins, accommodating 8 - 10 crew.

The large, air-conditioned engine room, rare on a yacht of this size, allows for ease of access and maintenance, especially important during long distance passages. The control room is located just forward of the engine room
