1996 Stolper 38 Express Sportfish Wet-Mil was designed with the serious fisherman in mind. At 27 knot cruise and only 25gph, this 38 Stolper has not only speed but efficiency as well. The open bridge deck and center helm gives 360 degrees of an unobstructed view whether fishing and/or cruising. With its present owners providing an open check book maintenance plan and annual updates along with refits, one will be challenged to find another 30-40 foot express quite like this.
