Raised in St. Pete, FL, Frank has been on the water since early childhood. He began racing sailboats at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club's youth sailing program, and by age 15, he had competed at a world-class level on four continents.

At 18, Frank began his Grand Prix Ocean Racing career. Frank was involved with several world-class campaigns and was crew on numerous national, continental, and world championship-winning teams.

Frank’s clients get to benefit from his 40+ years of diverse experience in the marine industry and yachting around the world to help them get the most out of their yachting experience.

He brings a genuine concern for his client’s best interests to his process, whether helping them find their dream yacht or helping them sell their boat.

Frank has 15 years of experience with many successful yacht charter programs in the USA, Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mediterranean and is an expert in helping clients structure their purchases to optimize the financial aspects.

As a Certified Professional Yacht Broker, Frank brings a breadth of knowledge and experience not only about yachts, their designs, and systems but perhaps even more importantly, the process of successfully navigating through the process of buying and selling yachts.

Frank resides in St. Petersburg with his wife Janet and can regularly be found out on their boat with their French Bulldog, Bruno.
