Description

1989 Californian 48 Motor Yacht

This enclosed twin diesel aft deck flybridge 48' motor yacht is a great live aboard or family cruiser with three staterooms and three heads with stall showers. She is suited to cruise the great loop or the Bahamas. She is powered by reliable "old school" Detroit Diesels.

After boarding from the side decks, one enters the covered enclosed aft deck thru the wing doors on either side. The aft deck has a wet bar with frig and ice maker to starboard forward and a loose table and chairs on indoor outdoor carpet. There is a short ladder up to the flybridge port forward with tender deck access aft from the flybridge.

The door down to the spacious salon is forward from the aft deck. Moving forward thru the salon one descends a few stairs into the galley. The bright galley is open up to the salon and has the work area to port and an ample dinette to starboard. Continuing forward one enters the forward stateroom with a queen-sized island berth forward, lots of storage and a full head compartment to port aft. Turning around from the galley one can raise the stairs back up to the salon and enter the engine room.

Moving aft from the salon down the stair on the port side into the hall one comes to the guest stateroom on starboard and the guest/day head on port. The guest stateroom has a single lower berth that slides out to form a double. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the guest stateroom. The head across the hall has a full stall shower.

Moving aft down the hall one enters the master (aft) stateroom with a queen sized berth on centerline aft, chest of drawers to port, and a makeup/dressing vanity to starboard. The master head with full stall shower inboard is to starboard forward of the master stateroom.
