Grand Cru is a 1988 40' Hatteras motoryacht in good condition with numerous upgrades. She offers twin Caterpillar 375 Hp main engines, Onan 8 kW generator, oil change system, solar panels, engine block heaters, custom hardtop on the flybridge and factory hardtop on the sundeck, updated interior and a 2 stateroom 2 head layout with an enclosed shower in each head. 40' Hatteras Vessel Walkthrough

From the hardtop covered sundeck, you can walk out either side deck to the foredeck or step up on the hardtop covered flybridge or step down into the salon. Once inside the salon, you will find the master stateroom companionway aft, sofa and ottoman/storage to port, entertainment center port forward, dinette/workspace counter and stools with storage starboard forward and lounge chair to starboard. Walk forward and step down to find the galley to starboard, guest stateroom head with enclosed shower to port and guest stateroom forward. Engine room access is via three salon sole hatches, two of which are hinged. Nautikflor maintenance free composite Cherry & Holly flooring was installed throughout the interior in 2018.

The headroom in the salon is 6'4", 6'10" on the sundeck, 6'11" on the flybridge, 6'7" in the master stateroom, 6'4" in the master stateroom shower, 6'4" in the guest stateroom, 6'1" in the guest stateroom shower and 7'8" in the galley. The master stateroom berth is 6'5" long and the guest stateroom v-berths are 6'8" long.
