XTSEA is a well maintained popular Sundancer 460. This two stateroom, two head coastal cruiser has a smooth ride and easy to dock with a bow thruster. XTSEA is great for entertaining with a cockpit that can comfortably seat 10. Recent upgrades include Sea Dek, hot water heater, AC’s in salon and master, windshield isinglass, bluetooth stereo, Raymarine Chart Plotter and custom master stateroom foam mattress and bedding. She’s been kept in brackish water on Clear Lake in Texas, is very clean and shows beautifully. The owner has loved the boat and is upgrading to a larger yacht.

Salon/Cabin

There is room for six adults to sleep comfortably in the open layout of this boat.The mid-cabin has conversation pit seating, but makes into full berth for two.

A crescent shaped salon sofa also makes into a comfortable berth for two adults.
