Big Easy’s lucky guests have three exterior deck spaces to choose from. The main deck is an excellent place to enjoy dinner and soak up the surroundings, and the versatile upper deck offers twin U-shaped seating, a Portuguese walk-around bridge, and an inviting sky lounge. Upstairs on the sun deck, those on board can spend hours in the large whirlpool spa and relax on the surrounding sun pads; sunset dining here is a must, with a formal table and chairs for 12 people.

Her sleek interior of classic wood, neutral tones, and splashes of colorful soft furnishings is the work of the renowned studio Andrew Winch Design. The main salon is spacious, offering seating configuration perfect for entertaining, with an adjoining formal dining space for 12. The salon and sky lounge both offer excellent AV and entertainment systems for movie nights or evenings listening to music.

The general arrangement on board features an impressive full-beam private master suite located forward on the main deck with its own private lounge. Three of the five guest staterooms have queen size beds, with twin beds in the fourth cabin and bunk beds and an upper Pullman berth in the fifth. Each cabin is well-appointed, with ensuite bathrooms and ample storage space.

Big Easy has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 14 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar 3508B engines. She carries 15,000 US gallons of fuel, which gives her a cruising range of 5,000 nautical miles. She also has zero speed stabilizers for ultimate guest comfort while underway. Her five-year class special survey was completed in the spring of 2018, and she is LY3 compliant.
