PHOENIX is a well-refined 85' Ocean Alexander that has proven to be a very popular model. She has been incredibly well maintained by a full-time captain and crew and offers a full-beam master, large VIP, and two spacious guest cabins. Phoenix has very generous crew accommodations with two cabins and one head/shower. Powered by twin MTU 12V2000 diesel engines, 1920hp, additional machinery includes side power hydraulic zero-speed stabilizers and a hydraulic windlass.

Overview

When one arrives on the aft main deck one will find a large U-shaped settee with additional seating and a large teak table. The aft deck has a well-appointed wet bar with a fridge and icemaker. One has access to the swim platform from two sets of stairs on either side. The swim platform is large, providing plenty of room for water toys and access to a tender. 

 

Going forward from the aft deck one will enter the main salon where one will find an L-shaped settee with a coffee table to starboard and two comfortable chairs with a table to port. Going forward one will find a gorgeous dining table with 8 leather chairs. There is a granite countertop with storage between the main salon and dining table. Also found in this area is a granite top buffet to port. Further, forward to port one will find a day head. Beyond this area is the well-appointed galley opening forward to a dinette and helm area with two Stidd seats. In this area, one will find a stairway to the guest area where one will find a full-beam master, a larger VIP, 2 guest staterooms, and a laundry facility. 

 

Just forward of the on-deck day head one will find the stairway up to the flybridge. Just as you enter the flybridge to the center will be a helm/control station with two Stidd helm seats. There is a large sun pad to the starboard of the helm. Just aft to starboard is a large U-shaped settee with a teak table and additional room for chair seating. To port is a large granite wet bar with a fridge and icemaker. The bar has 5 comfortable bar stools. Further aft to port is a full-size Bar-B-Q. To starboard is a large double-size sun pad. Continuing further aft one will find a stairway down to the aft deck and aft of that is a crane and tender storage.  

 

Crew can enter the crew quarters from a stairway on the aft deck or through a watertight door on the transom from the swim platform. Once in the crew area, one will find a settee dinette, sink, and storage. There are two crew cabins with one head, sink, and shower. Both cabins have hanging lockers. Here you will find a second laundry facility.
