Almost new Westport 112’ delivered late 2021. WALKTHROUGH
Aft Deck
Port and starboard staircases from the swim platform lead up through boarding gates port and starboard to the aft deck. There is a bar to port with stone and Lumicor bar tops, a stainless steel sink, refrigerator, bar storage, and a cabinet in the portside bulwark. There are three bar stools.
There is a settee aft across the aft deck, with translucent dining/cocktail table on stainless steel pedestals with an electric high/low feature and six dining chairs.
There is a spiral staircase down to the crew quarters on the starboard side and another staircase up to the flybridge and boat deck.
Forward from the aft deck into the main salon, there is ample seating on an “L” shaped couch and Aalto lounge chairs and there is an entertainment center with a 65” TV in the aft port corner.
The dining room is open to the main salon and elegantly fitted with a contemporary glass dining table with 10 chairs. Outboard to port there is a service bar with a raised buffet and an icemaker. There is a raised buffet to starboard with storage under and either side.
There is a day head in the starboard side foyer area and a walk-in laundry under the raised pilothouse off the port companionway. The laundry has excellent storage and a stackable washer and dryer and an easily accessed electronics room.
Throughout tintin there are light wood floors in high traffic areas including the galley, dining, salon, foyers and master with carpet in salon, dining, lower foyer and master.
The galley and country kitchen area is forward with access down to the VIP stateroom. Light wood flooring, and stone countertops with a raised acrylic/Lumicor bar top and four barstools add to the relaxed feel of this area which also has settee seating forward.
Access is down from the forward port side outboard of the dining room to the amidships accommodations.
The full beam Master Stateroom has a Sleep Number split California king (72” x 84”) berth and upholstered headboard. There are two nightstands with drawers, an 11 drawer dresser, two nightstand cabinets and a sofa outboard on the port side.
There is a walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror and digital safe aft in the master stateroom.
The master bathroom has his and her sides with central shower that has euro-style frameless tempered glass doors, sealed shower lights and Kohler DTV+ showering system. There are two mirrored medicine cabinets, lighted make-up mirrors above each vanity, and two freestanding vanity stools. There are linen lockers and clothes hampers port and starboard.
VIP Stateroom Forward
The VIP stateroom, accessed from the country kitchen area forward has a centerline queen berth and lift top to access the gyro for the stabilizers below.
There are upper cabinets with doors on port and starboard sides outboard, and a dresser to starboard and a settee to port. There is a TV on the centerline bulkhead.
The VIP bath has a stone shower with Euro-style frameless tempered glass door, sealed shower light, and Kohler DTV showering system.
Two Guest Staterooms
The port side stateroom is presently set up as a gym but the hardware exists to return it to a queen bedded stateroom. The bathroom is in stone with Euro-style frameless tempered glass doors and Kohler DTV showering system. There is a TV on the forward bulkhead.
The starboard guest stateroom has twin berths with upholstered headboards. The center line pedestal nightstand has one drawer built in and the inboard berth is movable outboard to make a California King. There is a Pullman and a TV on the forward bulkhead.
Captain and Crew Quarters Aft
Captain’s cabin has its own bathroom forward with queen size berth aft to port. The crew have two berths in each of the two crew cabins and share a bathroom with stall shower.
The crew mess is forward in the crew area and has an entertainment center, upper and lower cabinets and a settee. There is an additional washer and dryer in the crew area.
Pilothouse
The pilothouse has integrated glass by Marine Technologies, LLC and a Venturi custom windshield. The helm station has a Stidd chair.
There is a settee, table and a desk with chair as well as bookshelves and chart drawers.
Flybridge
The flybridge deck is teak from aft to the davit. There are steering controls in the center console and flip-up steering units on port and starboard outboard of the flybridge console. Unique to tintin, the flybridge can be fully enclosed and is air conditioned.
The wet bar to port has upper and lower tops in stone and Lumicor, a sink, three bar stools, a BBQ area (wired for BBQ only) behind, and an undercounter refrigerator. There is also a 55” TV and an icemaker. There is a long settee to starboard.
Two steps down to the boat deck which has a whirlpool to port with a sunbed cover and a sun bed to starboard. A tender and toys can be stored further aft and launched by the portside davit.
Foredeck
On the foredeck there is a molded-in settee with cushions and storage below. Bosun’s locker with 110 volt outlet inside with lights and storage.
