Detailed Specifications

WELCOME ABOARD

Sunreef 80 “YAN CHAAC” is a well built, robust and relatively simple Fiberglass sailing catamaran with 340m2

/ 3600 ft2 of living space offering an unmatched level of comfort. The yacht provides impressive accommodations for 8 guests in 4 stylish en suite staterooms designed in modern and low maintenance yet sophisticated combination of black and white lacquered wall finishes with all LED lighting and stainless steel accents. Crew accommodations are aft in 2 double cabins plus one overflow crew area in the bow area on Starboard. All accommodations are on the lower deck level and have climate controls and natural ventilation as well as large fixed portlights in the topsides allowing natural light in and visibility out to the ocean views.

The main deck is on one level from the aft cockpit through to the large saloon / dining area and forward to the foredeck through the push button opening watertight door. The entire main deck is enormous with no steps or thresholds to navigate. The saloon offers an astonishing panoramic view with seated lounging area on starboard and an imposing dining area with a table for 10 guests and a comfortable sofa to port. The hydraulic tender platform aft expands the main deck space when the tender is deployed creating a private beach for the guests to enjoy. The large aft deck dining table and settee lowers to a sunbed and there are lounging beds on either side of the aft deck. Crew service is via the galley located to port on the lower deck aft for easy guest servicing.

The spacious flybridge is accessed via stairs up on port side with a large settee for alfresco dining, lounging in the sun or relaxing in the shade. The flybridge is enormous and equipped with movable furniture, a Jacuzzi, fully equipped wet bar, a barbecue and large sunpads. A robust hard top partially covers the flybridge with Eisen glass curtains to enclose this area in inclement weather. Solar panels are mounted on the hard top. A full ship’s control station is located on the starboard side forward.

Forward of the salon is a huge sunning area with settees, cushions and plenty of lounging areas. The entire main and flybridge is covered in well maintained teak decking. The machinery spaces are large and well designed for maximum serviceability. The overall design as well as the fit and finish of YAN CHAAC is truly impressive as is her overall condition.
