INTRODUCTION

PLUGGER is the quintessential gentleman’s express fisherman. She is a one owner yacht, purchased new in 2003

from Buddy Davis as a hull deck and superstructure. She was then brought to Boothbay Regional Boatyard (now

Hodgdon Yachts) for complete customizing and finishing; the end results are breathtaking. PLUGGER is truly “one

of a kind” and ready to be loved by her next owner.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeps 3, one single Pullman berth and one double berth in forward master stateroom. Storage drawers

underneath the double berth.  Head with shower.  The fully equipped galley has a sink with pressure water

system, electric stove with oven, microwave, and refrigeration system. Heating and A/C system. Bridge Deck has

two high-capacity A/C units.

CONSTRUCTION

Three piece seamless construction featuring a Carolina flare hull with solid fiberglass bottom. Divinycel

core hull sides, a one-piece reinforced fiberglass superstructure with foredeck, cabin and bridge and a one-piece

fiberglass reinforced cockpit. Salon deck, forward cabin deck and cockpit deck are reinforced with NIDA-CORE

vacuum bag construction.  Teak Cockpit.  PipeWelders custom fiberglass molded hardtop with recessed LED lights,

and recessed teaser reel pod.   Port and Starboard legs feature four rod holders per leg. Teak windshield, teak 

decking in bow, teak coverboards, teak toe rails and highly varnished teak transom.  Hull and machinery were

built and laid out at Buddy Davis, Wanchese, North Carolina and interior and finish work was done at Hodgdon

Yachts. PLUGGER has a recently painted (Awlcraft 2000) Flag Blue hull, red and gold boot top stripe and Petit

Vivid Red bottom paint. PLUGGER’s combination of teak and other custom features make her stand out in a crowd.
